Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Zone Sales Manager to join our team at Wild Child Enterprises Pvt Ltd. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue in the assigned territory. The ideal candidate should have 1-3 years of experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned territory.
- Identify and generate leads, and convert them into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify sales opportunities.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit sales reports, forecasts, and analysis.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
- Work closely with distributors and retailers to monitor inventory and ensure timely delivery.
- Stay updated with industry trends, product knowledge, and market conditions.
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or a similar role, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
- Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
