Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Head of Sales Marketing. The Head of Sales Marketing will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales and marketing team, developing sales strategies, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and analyzing market trends. The role requires strong leadership and strategic thinking skills to drive sales growth and achieve business targets.

Qualifications

  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market trends, customer data, and sales metrics to identify growth opportunities
  • Account Management: Experience in managing key client accounts and maintaining strong relationships
  • Sales: Proven track record in driving sales growth and achieving targets
  • Team Management: Ability to lead and motivate a sales team to achieve objectives
  • Sales Management: Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
