This is a Chief of Staff role for someone who combines analytical rigor (BA-type skills) with strategic thinking, operational excellence, and people development.You’ll spend 50–60% of your time on learning and development, designing training, coaching, and capability-building programs, while the rest focuses on strategic projects, cross-functional initiatives, and founder support.Ideal for former MBB consultants, ex-startup Chiefs of Staff, or strategy leads who thrive in high-energy, founder-facing roles, enjoy solving complex problems, and are passionate about building teams and scaling impact.Who You AreHigh-octane former MBB Analyst/ConsultantPassionate about learning, coaching, and people development.Comfortable in fast-paced, ambiguous environments.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
