This role is designed explicitly as a COO‑track position, where the candidate spends 12–24 months deeply embedded in all business functions, mastering execution, systems, and leadership before taking over the entire operations charter.The CoS will:Drive execution across Sales, Ops, Product, Tech, BD, Digital, Brand & CXConvert CEO’s vision into measurable outcomesBuild systems, processes, dashboards, and operational excellence foundationsSolve cross-team dependencies and unblock executionStep into leadership gaps until permanently filledScale the business towards operational maturity and profitabilityBecome the CEO’s single-most trusted operating partnerResponsibilities:1. Strategic Execution (CEO Enablement)Turn CEO priorities into structured plans with owners, deadlines, and KPIsTrack execution across the company and ensure timeline disciplinePreempt risks and escalate only after solutions are attemptedAct as the CEO’s “second brain” for decision-making and clarityOwn high-importance projects end-to-end2. Cross-Functional Company LeadershipYou will coordinate and align all major org functions and themselves Head few important functions Revenue - Sales, BD, Marketing & Brand Operations - CS Ops, Logistics Product – Product, Tech & Analytics Shared – HR, & Finance 3. Operational Excellence & SOP BuildingBuild new SOPs across departmentsStrengthen cross-department workflowsBuild dashboards for real-time visibilityImplement SLA discipline across Sales, Ops, Delivery, AcharyasAutomate manual processes wherever possibleIntroduce org-wide rituals, cadences, and review cycles.4. Product + Ops Integration (CoO-track skill)CoS will learn to build systems thinking across:workflowsoperational automationresource allocationdata-led forecastingbusiness scalingcustomer experience design5.
