This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving operations, business performance, sales efficiency, and cross-team execution across a marketing company. You will act as the Founder’s right hand and manage company-wide operations, strategy, sales support, projects, people governance, communication and daily performance tracking. This role is ideal for someone who wants to grow into a COO / business leader role in the next phase of their career.
