Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator and HR at S GOYAL & Co., located in Mumbai. The Office Administrator and HR will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, managing office equipment, and providing administrative assistance. Additionally, they will handle customer service tasks, maintain communication channels, and support HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
- Travel Management
- Employees Salary Processing and other related work
- Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
- Ability to manage HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite or similar software
- Previous experience in an office administration or HR role is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
