We are seeking an experienced HR & Admin Manager to lead and oversee the establishment of our new Mumbai office. This role is pivotal in shaping the office culture, managing day-to-day HR and administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the setup of the new office, including infrastructure, furniture, utilities, and vendor management.
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and implement office policies, procedures, and systems to ensure smooth functioning of daily operations.
  • Liaise with property management, government authorities, and vendors as needed to resolve issues efficiently.

Human Resources Management:

  • Assist in recruitment efforts for the new office, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
  • Manage onboarding and induction programs for new employees to ensure a seamless transition.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.

Compliance and Reporting:

  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health and safety standards, and statutory requirements to minimize risks.
  • Prepare and submit HR and administrative reports as required by management to facilitate informed decision-making.
