Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the setup of the new office, including infrastructure, furniture, utilities, and vendor management.
- Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Establish and implement office policies, procedures, and systems to ensure smooth functioning of daily operations.
- Liaise with property management, government authorities, and vendors as needed to resolve issues efficiently.
Human Resources Management:
- Assist in recruitment efforts for the new office, including posting job openings, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews.
- Manage onboarding and induction programs for new employees to ensure a seamless transition.
- Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, and leave management systems to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Compliance and Reporting:
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws, health and safety standards, and statutory requirements to minimize risks.
- Prepare and submit HR and administrative reports as required by management to facilitate informed decision-making.
