Job Summary:

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced HR professional to lead and manage the establishment of our new office in Mumbai. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in HR and administrative roles, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the setup of the new office, including infrastructure, furniture, utilities, and vendor management.
  • Oversee procurement of office supplies, equipment, and services while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Establish and implement office policies, procedures, and systems to ensure smooth functioning of daily operations.
  • Liaise with property management, government authorities, and vendors as needed to resolve issues efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Masters or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in administrative and HR roles, preferably in office setups or startups.
  • Familiarity with Mumbai's local compliance and business setup environment is a plus.
