Education: B.Tech/B.E. in Mechatronics, Electronics and Communications, or Electrical Engineering

Experience:

  • experience in software installation within Access Control, Biometrics, CCTV, Fire Industry, or related fields is preferred.
  • interested in learning the Access Control domain are encouraged to apply.


Key Responsibilities:

  • technical support to customers via phone, email, or on-site visits, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to software installation and configuration.
  • with customers to understand their requirements and effectively troubleshoot technical problems.
  • training sessions for customers on software installation, usage, and troubleshooting procedures.
  • support cases and maintain accurate records of customer interactions and resolutions.
  • closely with the development team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
  • updated on industry trends and advancements in Access Control, Biometrics, CCTV, and Fire Industry technologies.

Requirements:

  • technical background with a degree in Mechatronics, Electronics and Communications, or Electrical Engineering.
  • in software installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
  • communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with customers.
  • to work independently and in a team environment, with a strong customer service orientation.
  • to learn and adapt to new technologies and products.
  • experience in customer support or technical roles is an advantage.


Growth Path:

  • to interact with international customers and manage international clients.
  • becoming well-versed with IDCUBE Software, candidates may transition to various departments including:
  • Department: Engage in product demonstrations and assist in pre-sales activities.
  • Department: Contribute to sales efforts by providing technical expertise and support to the sales team.
  • Department: Participate in project implementations and deployments.
  • Department: Contribute to research and development initiatives aimed at enhancing product features and capabilities.
