As a Senior Art Director, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the creative expressions of our campaigns, leveraging cutting-edge technologies to create impactful and innovative designs.


Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the conceptualisation and execution of visual concepts for a diverse range of projects, including print, digital and experiential campaigns.
  • Harness the power of generative AI to explore new creative possibilities and elevate our design output to unprecedented levels.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to develop integrated campaigns that captivate audiences and drive results.
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration and continuous learning.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in both traditional and digital design, and share this knowledge with the team to inspire innovation.


Job description

  • You need to be a self-motivated, energetic and experienced art director to join our creative team. 
  • You are an idea person, who can think visually, and create wonders with the Adobe applications. 
  • You need to create content for a variety of media, like digital, print, outdoor and video. You must be collaborative in nature, which is a must.
  • Our ideal candidate is an expert in an array of Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, After Effects. Knowing any other software is welcome. 


You should be able to

  • Create visually stunning artworks for the digital and print media including brochures and annual reports.
  • Ideate for video scripts and storyboards.
  • Collaborate with other members of the creative department for better results.
  • Take initiative for innovative solutions in digital, print and outdoor. 
  • Have the capacity to crack campaigns which are extendable into other media.
  • Create graphic templates for easy use by other team members and client teams.
  • Adhere to brand guidelines in ways that still push creative boundaries.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and experience in generative AI technologies, with the ability to leverage these tools to enhance creative output.


You must have

  • Minimum 8 yrs agency experience in a similar role and a strong work portfolio showcasing your creative vision and expertise in both traditional and digital artworks.
  • The calibre of a thinking person who delivers fast. We will expect ideas from you. 
  • A never-ending desire to learn new techniques and technology to advance your craft.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
