Job Overview: We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing sales team. As an SDR, you will play a critical role in the sales pipeline by identifying and qualifying leads, building relationships with potential clients, and setting the foundation for successful sales engagements. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or advance their career in sales.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead Generation: Research and identify potential prospects through various channels such as social media, email campaigns, and inbound marketing leads.
● Outbound Prospecting: Initiate contact with potential clients via cold calls, emails, and social selling to generate interest in company products or services.
● Qualify Leads: Conduct initial conversations to assess the needs and challenges of prospects, ensuring they are a good fit for the company’s offerings.
● Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings and demos for the sales team with qualified leads. CRM Management: Accurately maintain and update the CRM with detailed and timely information on leads, ensuring proper follow-up and reporting.
● Pipeline Management: Work closely with the sales team to prioritize leads and move them through the sales funnel.
● Collaborate with Marketing: Work alongside the marketing team to follow up on inbound leads and leverage marketing campaigns for prospecting.
● Feedback & Reporting: Provide regular feedback to sales and marketing teams on the effectiveness of outreach strategies, and share insights gathered from prospect interactions.
● Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date on company products/services and industry trends to effectively communicate with prospects.
Key Requirements:
● Experience: 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or a related role (entry-level candidates with strong potential will also be considered).
● Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
● Skills:
○ Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.
○ Strong organizational and time management skills.
○ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
○ Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other sales engagement platforms.
○ Self-motivated, results-driven, and a team player.
Preferred Qualifications:
● Experience in B2B sales or SaaS sales.
● Familiarity with sales prospecting tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or Outreach.io.
● Ability to understand customer pain points and communicate how our solution can address them.
