Mumbai Metropolitan Region, India LevelUP HCS Full time

Working onsite at a US Investment Bank, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end recruitment process for 3 business lines in Mumbai: Investment Banking, Global Markets and Corporate. You will be joining a collaborative team of experienced recruiters who will support you in your development. This is a rewarding opportunity to work in a low volume, high touch, hiring environment where you will have significant exposure to senior stakeholders.


Responsibilities:

  • Stakeholder Engagement: regularly meet heads of businesses to discuss hiring needs and partner closely with HR Business Partners.
  • Sourcing: conduct vacancy briefings and determine sourcing strategy for each open role. Assist the business in drafting and advertising roles, deliver shortlists for critical openings.
  • Candidate management: manage candidates through the end-to-end hiring process.
  • Salary Proposals: in partnership with the HR Business Partners, complete salary benchmarking’s and manage candidates through salary discussions and negotiations.
  • Agency Management: partner with local agencies and manage the Preferred Supplier List.
  • Recruitment Projects: work with the broader recruitment team for projects across the region.


Experience:

  • 9+ years of hands-on recruitment experience, preferably having supported Investment Banking or Global Markets businesses (whether internally or as an external agency provider).
  • Demonstrated ability in senior stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills.
  • Ability to present information in a concise and clear manner.
