Right now we are looking for a new Client Service Director based in Mumbai to collaborate closely with our new client from the banking world.


What will you do?


  • Develop and lead an effective relationship with the client’s organisation, focusing on providing strategic direction and operational leadership
  • Leading a recruitment team in an RPO setup (high volume, perm roles, campus recruitment) - making sure the team understands and executes processes well, collaborates effectively and stays motivated
  • Drives employee engagement and understanding, assesses team quality based on client feedback and implements improvement plans
  • Sets account objectives, identifies talent and fosters development opportunities
  • Building professional and trust-based rapport with the client by visiting client’s office everyday in Mumbai



What will you bring?


  • Previous experience from working in a medium or large bank (specifically, Indian retail banking)
  • Proven experience working with senior key stakeholders across India
  • Experience in leading recruitment teams
  • Previous RPO experience is a plus
  • Fluency and English
  • Proactivity, can-do attitude
  • High-level advisory skills based on data, objective and professional approach
