Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Client service/Social Media Specialist with a proven track record in growing and managing multiple clients and their social channels. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that increase our clients online presence, engage our audience, and drive brand awareness. This role requires a blend of creativity, analytical skills, and a deep understanding of current social media trends.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative social media and influencer strategies to increase followers, engagement, and conversion on Instagram and YouTube.
  • Create, curate, and manage all published content (images, video, written) to align with our brand’s voice and objectives.
  • Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a way that cultivates community engagement.
  • Analyze key metrics and tweak strategy as needed.
  • Collaborate with other departments (marketing, sales, customer service, etc.) to manage reputation, identify key players, and coordinate actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
  • Facilitate scaling brand and company awareness through various social media channels.
  • Work with influencers and other partners to extend reach and promote growth.
  • Develop and oversee social media campaigns and day-to-day activities.
  • Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs).

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in social media marketing or as a Digital Media Specialist, particularly with Instagram and YouTube.
  • Excellent consulting, writing, editing (photo/video/text), presentation, and communication skills.
  • Demonstrable social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge.
  • Adequate knowledge of web design, web development, CRO, and SEO is a plus.
  • Knowledge of online marketing and a good understanding of major marketing channels.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, New Media, or relevant field is preferred.
  • Positive attitude, detail, and customer-oriented with good multitasking and organizational ability.
