Qualification: Postgraduate/ Graduate with additional qualification in Marketing/ Events would be an added advantage.


Experience: Minimum 16 years of overall experience with proven experience in event management /advertising /experiential marketing.


Who We Are Looking For

The ideal candidate will be a business collaborator, with experience in events and/or BTL services. The role requires the ability build new client relationships along with better extraction from existing clients thereby contributing to the agency’s growth.

This position maintains client retention and acquisition, sources new business opportunities through the multiple agency offerings, and upholds standards of excellence for all marketing communication, products, and services. The individual nurtures strong client partnerships built on strategic insights, quality, customer service and dependability – with the goal of becoming a trusted partner to the client. This position interfaces with clients and senior management ensuring that products and services meet or exceed client expectations both in terms of business and delivery.


Responsibilities:

  1. The candidate will drive business to achieve set business targets in terms of revenue.
  2. The candidate will be responsible for Key Account Management.
  3. The candidate will work closely with ideation and creative team for strategy / conceptualization on projects.
  4. Conduct regular research on existing clients for an in-depth analysis of their businesses and associated needs.
  5. Continuously educate the team in terms of preparation of creative presentations and credentials for client pitches to ensure that all clients are aware of the various entertainment solutions. Developing exclusive partnerships with existing clients by negotiating better rates of project delivery.
  6. Determining the pricing of the event in line with the set parameters for net and gross profitability.
  7. Will be responsible to prepare pre-event P&L with production team.
  8. Preparation of a detailed project plan including all the activities and timelines required for the delivery of the project.
  9. Coordinate with operations and servicing team internally to ensure proper staffing on the project based on bandwidth available within each department.
  10. Lead, mentor, and manage a team of event professionals, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and excellence.
