Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Oversee end-to-end recruitment management processes.
  • Source potential candidates through various online channels.
  • Plan and execute interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments, and in person interviews.
  • Develop job descriptions and interview questions tailored to each position's requirements.
  • Forecast quarterly and annual hiring needs for each department.
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
  • Ensure a positive interview experience for all candidates.
  • Assist in administering benefits, compensation, and employee performance programs.
  • Manage the entire onboarding process for new employees, including HRMS portal setup. Implement innovative strategies for talent management and employer branding.
  • Oversee the overall employee lifecycle for selected employees.
  • Provide a phenomenal work environment with significant growth and cross-functional opportunities.
  • Offer the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies.


Desired Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 4 years of proven work experience, preferably in a startup environment.
  • Expertise in both high-volume and niche hiring.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup environment.
  • MBA in HR or an equivalent degree, with a graduation from the University of Delhi.
  • Proficiency with social media, resume databases, and professional networks.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
