Role Details:


Job Objective: Attraction and acquisition of the right talent for the role is one of the building blocks of a great organization. At Clairvolex, hiring is a highly robust and well-defined process enabled by objective tests and psychometric assessments. In addition, the landscape of recruitment is rapidly changing in the given times of the hybrid work era. We are looking to hire a passionate, hands-on recruitment specialist to join our team who is an expert in talent mapping, sourcing techniques, headhunting, and managing a seamless hiring process. We are looking for someone who is a “recruiter-by-heart”.


Job Responsibilities:

The role will be responsible for TATs, cost, quality and experience management of the end to end hiring and eventually successful onboarding. The key responsibilities are:


  • Closely work with HR Business Partner & Hiring Managers to understand the quarterly team capacity build-up requirements and expectations.
  • Plan & identify a hiring strategy for Lateral and Campus hiring. The objective is to fulfil the hiring needs for the 3 service units and 1 product unit within the company.
  • Align the hiring needs and timeline to the Annual Operating Plan (AOP).
  • Draw the best approach to deploy the correct channel for recruitment for given roles and profiles across BUs.
  • Run end-to-end screening & selection process in partnership with hiring managers within defined Turn-Around-Time.
  • Strengthen company’s talent-pull factor in the IP domain by maintaining & enhancing the standards set for candidate experience management.
  • Maintain defined KPIs and recruitment TATs.


Function & Process Development: Candidate must have proven past ability/experience in:

  • Annual review and re-design (if required) of the screening, interviewing & selection process to meet the demands of the candidate market in sync with the organization’s priorities and interest.
  • Meticulously manage an updated talent database, across BU at all times.
  • Find creative methods and approaches for a ‘ready-to-hire’ talent pipeline for high-paced growing units.


Business Reporting & Review: Candidate must have proven past ability/experience in:

  • Regular Recruitment update on closure and pipeline to hiring managers.
  • Develop an online monthly dashboard with the company’s BI dashboard team. Maintain the backend update in real-time basis.
  • Lead monthly TA review with each BU on progress and plan of action.
  • Ability to create an impressive, insightful dashboard for leadership business reporting & review of talent acquisition function, independently.


Candidate Profile:

  • Must be a graduate or post-graduate in a related field with a minimum 6 years of talent acquisition experience.
  • Must be currently working in an in-house HR team under a recruitment function (prior experience with recruitment/head-hunting firms will be advantageous).
  • Impeccable communication & articulation ability to confidently strike the first conversation with a candidate, pitch the company and role.
  • Strong track record in Talent Acquisition from IP or knowledge-intensive organizations will be preferred.
  • Must be from Tier A academic background in schooling and a post-graduation degree from Tier A or B institute only
