Key Responsibilities:

· Build and Maintain Relationships with doctors for Client Project.

· Effectively negotiate terms and conditions with doctors to close session appointment.

· Establish relationships with potential KOLs through targeted outreach, networking, and collaboration opportunities.

· Design and implement retention programs to ensure sustained engagement and commitment from existing KOLs.

· Develop and implement sales plans, including forecasting future sales volumes.


Essential Skillset:

· Proven experience in sales roles with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.

· Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

· Strong organizational and time management skills.

· Experience in B2C sales (Preference).

· Previous experience in International chat process.
