**Position Overview**: The Client Relations Executive plays a vital role in both re-engaging with our former clients and ensuring the highest service quality for our existing subscription clients. This role is pivotal in driving customer retention and acquisition strategies while also supporting top-level executives in their scheduling requirements.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Proactively reach out to former clients through phone calls, identifying reasons for discontinuation, and persuading them to reconsider our services.

Conduct regular service quality calls with our existing subscription clients to ensure they are satisfied with our offerings and to identify areas for improvement.

Assist in planning, coordinating, and scheduling meetings and demo with directors, ensuring no scheduling conflicts and optimal use of the directors' time.

Collaborate with the customer relations team to formulate and implement effective strategies for both client retention and acquisition.

Continually analyze customer feedback and market trends to propose improvements and innovations in our client engagement approach.

- Proven experience in a customer relations or sales role.
- Exceptional verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with an ability to multitask.
- Strategic thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Proficiency in CRM software and calendar management tools.
