We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Relationship Manager to join our esteemed wealth management firm. In this role, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, as well as generating new business opportunities. As a Sales and Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving growth, providing personalized financial solutions, and ensuring an exceptional client experience. Your passion for sales, finance, and client-centricity will be key in contributing to the success of our firm.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Client Acquisition: Responsible for acquiring new clients and expanding the firms client base.
- Client Relationship Management: Building and nurturing strong relationships with clients is a primary
responsibility of a relationship manager
- Financial Advisory: They assess clients current financial situations, identify investment objectives, and create customized wealth management strategies.
- Client Education: Relationship managers educate clients about investment strategies, financial products, and market trends.
- Cross-Selling and Relationship Expansion: Relationship managers identify opportunities to cross-sell additional financial products and services offered by the company
- Compliance and Regulations: Relationship managers ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies
- Client Retention and Satisfaction: Retaining existing clients is crucial for the success
**Requirements**:
Job Requirements:
- Min Graduate degree.
- Prior experience in Sales & Marketing with relevance to Stock / Capital Market
- Excellent communication skills at a professional level
- Professional discretion
- Well-developed & Presentable
Critical Skills and Attributes:
- Good organizational skills and ability to priorities even when multi-tasking
- Excellent communication and listening skills (both verbal and written)
- Strong sense of decision making (driven by wisdom and rationale and not by emotions and feelings)
- Proven track record of success in sales, business development, or relationship management within the financial services industry, particularly wealth management.
- Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and wealth management strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting relationships with high-net-worth clients.
