**Job Title: Assistant Manager cum Client Relationship Manager [Female Only]**

As an Assistant Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of executive tasks and maintaining excellent client relationships. You will be responsible for handling communications, documentation, meeting preparations, office management, and a range of client relationship management tasks. Your goal will be to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Communication Handling:_
- Handle and prioritize incoming and outgoing communications, ensuring prompt responses.
- Documentation and Filing:_
- Maintain organized and up-to-date files, documents, and records for the executive team.
- Meeting Preparation:_
- Prepare agendas, documents, and presentations for meetings.
- Attend meetings and take accurate minutes when necessary.
- Task Prioritization:_
- Prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Office Management:_
- Oversee office supplies, equipment, and general administrative tasks as needed.
- Client Relationship Management:_
- Client Onboarding:_
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and a positive initial experience.
- Client Communication:_
- Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs, address concerns, and provide updates on services or products.
- Issue Resolution:_
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
- Account Management:_
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contracts, agreements, and contact information.
- Client Meetings:_
- Organize and participate in client meetings to discuss ongoing projects, gather feedback, and strengthen the client relationship.
- Cross-functional Collaboration:_
- Collaborate with internal teams such as sales, marketing, and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Client Feedback:_
- Collect and analyze client feedback to identify areas for improvement and recommend enhancements to products or services.
- Additional Responsibilities:_
- Raising Invoices:_
- Prepare and raise invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- CRM Management:_
- Upload leads to the CRM system.
- Assign leads to individual team members of the sales team.
- Monitor and manage the progress of assigned leads.
- Team Coordination:_
- Act as a bridge between the team and clients, ensuring effective communication and coordination.
- Coordinate between the tech team and clients to ensure smooth project execution.
- Take follow-ups with all team members assigned to specific tasks.
- Regularly monitor progress and take feedback from clients.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- **Experience**: Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a Client Relationship Management role.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- **Client-Focused**: A client-centric mindset with a passion for delivering excellent customer service.
- **Adaptability**: Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- **Confidentiality**: High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential information.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,133.24 - ₹20,000.00 per month
