We are Seeking Highly Motivated Individual to Join our team as sale representatives. This job will be Salary on Target pay structure with incentives based on performance. The ideal candidate possesses a deep interest in prospecting and sales as well as ability to communicate effectively with Costumers in a verity of cultures candidate has also have some knowledge of Digital Marketing or previously work on digital marketing company/Agency sales team


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to attract new customers and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain relationships with existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
  • Create and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing campaigns.
  • Monitor and analyse sales and marketing metrics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies.
  • Stay updated on competitor activities and adjust sales and marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Prepare sales and marketing reports for management.
  • Attend industry events and conferences to network and promote the company's products or services.
  • Keep abreast of industry developments and trends to provide insights and recommendations.


Preferred Candidate:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales and marketing In Digital Marketing Company/Agency
  • We welcome freshers who has solid understanding of digital marketing and sales to apply for the position.
  • knowledge of Digital Marketing or previously work on Digital Marketing company's sales team.
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and strategies.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Highly motivated and target driven.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.


Skills
