·      Job Description: Sr. Sales Engineer


·      Location: Hubli / Dharwad, Karnataka


·      Travel Requirement: Extensive travel across South Indian states (Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, Andhra Pradesh,

Telangana, Kerala)


·      Key Responsibilities:

a) Sales and Business Development: Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and provide

appropriate solutions.

b) Promote and sell our products in targeted sectors which include mining, cement, power, port, and

construction.


·      Client Interaction: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients. Conduct regular client

visits to ensure customer satisfaction and identify new business opportunities.


·      Market Analysis:

a) Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions.

b) Gather feedback from customers to improve products and services.

·      Team Collaboration:

a) Work closely with the existing team members to achieve sales targets and company growth objectives.

b) Share insights and collaborate on strategies for market penetration.

·      Reporting: Prepare and submit regular reports on sales activities, progress, and market insights to the

management.

·    Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's of Engineering (BE) in Mechanical or equivalent field.

  • Experience:

a) Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience post-graduation as a sales engineer.

b) Should have sales experience of selling mechanical equipment or power transmission products to sectors like

mining, cement, power, port and construction sectors.


·      Language Proficiency: Can speak Minimum in Kannada & Proficiency in other South Indian languages (Tamil,

Telugu, Malayalam) is an added advantage.

·      Personal Attributes:

a) Natural flair for meeting people and a passion for travelling.

b) Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

c) Ability to take on challenges and work towards achieving company growth targets.

·      Other Requirements:

a) Willingness to relocate to Hubli / Dharwad, Karnataka.

b) Ability to join the company quickly upon confirmation.
