As we expand, we are seeking a highly skilled Client Acquisition Manager to drive business growth and establish long-term partnerships in both the Indian and UK markets.
Role Overview:We are seeking an experienced Client Acquisition Manager with a proven track record in creating and negotiating Master Service Agreements (MSAs), securing spots on Preferred Supplier Lists (PSLs), and building client relationships across India and the UK. This role demands aggressive market penetration, strategic client engagement, and the ability to meet ambitious targets in competitive markets.
Key Responsibilities:- Identify, target, and acquire new clients in both India and the UK, focusing on establishing long-term partnerships.
- Lead the process of creating, negotiating, and finalizing Master Service Agreements with clients in both markets.
- Secure Knightbridge Recruitment's inclusion on Preferred Supplier Lists of top organizations in India and the UK.
- Develop and execute strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual acquisition targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, ensuring long-term partnerships.
- Stay informed about market trends and competitors in both regions to craft effective acquisition strategies.
- Collaborate with directors and internal teams to align client acquisition efforts with company objectives.
- Travel frequently to meet clients and prospects in India and the UK, as required.
- Attend periodic meetings in Chennai (once every 3-6 months) to review strategies, align goals, and collaborate with leadership.
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in client acquisition, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industry.
- Proven ability to create and negotiate Master Service Agreements (MSAs) and secure Preferred Supplier List (PSL) positions.
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets in competitive markets, particularly in India and the UK.
- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and collaborations across India and the UK.
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with recruitment industry practices and trends in India and the UK is highly desirable.
- Base Salary: ₹50,000 per month.
- Quarterly Bonus: Based on achieving set targets.
- Additional Bonus: For exceeding targets, awarded on a quarterly basis.
- Annual Bonus: Performance-based, ranging from 10% to 20% of annual pay, aligned with the company’s performance.
