Key Responsibilities:

  1. Campaign Setup and Management:
  • Create and launch performance marketing campaigns on Meta, Google Ads, and Amazon Advertising platforms.
  • Ensure proper targeting, budgeting, and bidding strategies for maximum ROI.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, etc.).
  1. Performance Tracking and Reporting:
  • Maintain a daily tracker sheet with campaign performance metrics and insights.
  • Generate periodic reports to analyze campaign results and provide actionable insights.
  1. Data Analysis and Optimization:
  • Analyze campaign data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Conduct A/B testing on campaigns to enhance performance.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: 6 months to 2 years of experience in digital or performance marketing (internships count).
  • Tools Proficiency:
  • Meta Ads Manager
  • Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube)
  • Amazon Advertising Console
  • Google Analytics
  • Excel/Google Sheets for tracking and reporting
  • Skills:
  • Strong analytical and numerical skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Basic knowledge of A/B testing and campaign optimization techniques.
  • A proactive learner with a passion for digital marketing trends.
