About Us :
The Souled Store is one India’s fastest growing youth focused lifestyle brand. We started in 2013 as a homegrown Indian brand and today we are one of the largest online merchandising platforms with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL, Viacom18 to name a few. Apart from selling products with themed designs such as superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons, the brand also is at the forefront of the latest youth style and fashion trends. In addition to core men and women wear apparel categories, we are also in the process of expanding to new categories and we are expanding across action figure backpacks and collectibles and are scaling in footwear and kidswear.
Although we are primarily an online brand, we’ve expanded in the offline retail space as we and have 40 stores across India with plans for expansion pan India.
The Souled Store was born out of the idea of loving what you do, from the soul. We believe that people do their best work when they love what they do. About the Role:
As a Sr Associate - Performance Marketing, you will be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing paid marketing campaigns across multiple platforms to drive traffic, conversions, and revenue growth. You will collaborate closely with creative, content, and analytics teams to ensure alignment with business goals and deliver measurable results. This role requires a data-driven mindset, strong analytical skills, and a passion for digital marketing.
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook & Instagram), YouTube, and others.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROI, ROAS, CAC, and conversion rates.
- Develop and implement performance marketing strategies to meet business objectives, including scaling campaigns and driving customer acquisition.
- Identify new opportunities for growth through emerging platforms and channels.
- Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Provide detailed reports on performance metrics, insights, and actionable recommendations.
- Efficiently allocate and manage budgets to maximize ROI and maintain performance targets.
- Work with the creative and content teams to develop engaging ad copies, visuals, and landing pages optimized for conversions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with broader business strategies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in performance marketing, preferably in the e-commerce or retail industry.
- Proficiency in paid platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn, and others.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in tools like Google Analytics, Excel, and BI dashboards.
- Proven track record of managing and optimizing large-scale campaigns with measurable results.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
