Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract top technical talent through various channels such as job boards, social media, and professional networks.
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and technical teams.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruitment.
  • Assist with other HR and recruitment-related tasks as needed.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
  • 2 years of experience in technical recruitment or talent acquisition.
  • Proven track record of sourcing and hiring technical talent in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with software development roles and technologies.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  • Proficiency in recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems.
  • Passion for talent acquisition and building diverse teams.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Technical background or understanding of software development concepts.
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of technical roles (e.g., software engineers, data scientists, cybersecurity professionals).
  • Knowledge of Boolean search techniques and other sourcing strategies.
