We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team at our Banaswadi, Bangalore office. This role is perfect for a fresher eager to start a career in business development, learn sales strategies, and contribute to the company's growth in a collaborative office environment.
Lead Generation & Outreach:
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients in the target market.
- Generate leads through cold calls, emails, and social media platforms.
Client Relationship Building:
- Engage with prospective clients to explain the company’s services and offerings.
- Build and maintain strong relationships to understand client needs and expectations.
Sales Support:
- Assist in creating proposals, presentations, and sales documentation.
- Collaborate with the sales team to help close deals and meet revenue targets.
Market Research:
- Analyze industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics.
- Provide actionable insights to the business development team.
Administrative Tasks:
- Update client information and interactions in the CRM system.
- Track and report lead generation, outreach, and sales conversion metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Confidence in client interactions and presentations.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with CRM tools (preferred but not mandatory).
