  • Lead the ongoing HRIS project resolve queries with the vendor and support regional heads with their challenges.
  • Responsible for tracking HR deliverables at a Pan India level.
  • Be the HR point of contact for the Head office employees.
  • Develop and implement HR policies.
  • Develop JDs and Recruitment Strategies
  • HRBP for the Corporate Office
  • Talent Development and Management.
  • Develop and implement HR procedures that comply with labour regulations
  • To work HR annual budget, Employee engagement budget, Manpower budget for the company.
  • Set processes to ensure that we hire, develop, and retain performing employees.
  • Responsible for updating and tracking the policy folder.
  • Maintain HR procedures that comply with labour regulations.
  • Responsible for contract management at the Pan India level.
  • To work our annual manpower budget in terms of numbers and payroll cost
  • To ensure cordial relations establishment with various stakeholders
  • Grievance management and conflict management

Discipline management.



Preferred candidate profile

Good communication skills is must.

Must have minimum 5 years of experience as HR Manager
