**Contingency Worker Requirement for Admin Coordinator**

The Admin Coordinator will be responsible for providing operational and administrative support to the Country GM and Human Resource department for reporting, maintaining records and interacting with all levels of employees for HR and Admin requirements.

**In this role, you will have the opportunity to**:

- Vendor Management for HR & Admin Processes:

- Vendor Management for employee benefits (e.g. Insurance), HR Compliance like EPF management with the external vendors.
- Gifting, Stationery & ID cards/visiting cards requisitions
- Internal team support for associates’ IT asset movement
- Point of contact with Travel desk vendor - escalations and resolution tracking
- Any ad - hoc admin support requirements
- Support the HR Life Cycle Processes:

- Coordinating for hiring and onboarding activities
- Support monthly Payroll inputs
- Support the associate benefits programs
- Data maintenance and record keeping
- Ensure completion of exits formalities and F&F settlement process
- Participate in the new initiatives and HR Projects
- Issuing various letters (Visa, NOC etc)
- Managing associate queries regarding PF, policies

**Our Expectations**
- Currently pursuing/completed degree in the Human Resource Management discipline
- 2-3 years’ exposure to HR Operations will be an advantage
- Can commit to at least 1 year of full-time work
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills and be independent, proactive and self-motivated
- Proficient in time management and organization with a strong sense of urgency, flexibility and adaptability
