Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).

  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives and a commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace.
