Responsibilities:

  • Ensure 100% customer retention by ensuring successful adoption and integration of the

LeadSquared platform across your portfolio.

  • Build, own, and manage a robust pipeline of opportunities from your accounts, focusing on

both short-term wins and long-term relationships.

  • Lead and mentor senior team members across enterprise and mid-market segment.
  • Develop a deep understanding of each customer’s business and their primary objectives

across different organizational levels.

  • Foster significant mind share for our solutions and company among key stakeholders within

your account portfolio.

  • Understand business and technological challenges and align them with solutions from our

product portfolio.

  • Serve as a liaison between sales, services, support, and other internal teams to prioritise and

resolve customer needs promptly.

  • Create and maintain an account map and strategy for each customer, cultivating strong

relationships with key stakeholders.


Ideal Candidate:

  • 15+years of total work experience, with a minimum of 5 years in B2B software sales and

account management.

  • Strong foundation in software sales, business development, or customer success, with SaaS

experience considered a strong advantage.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a professional demeanour.
  • Outstanding organizational abilities with a proactive approach to achieving objectives.
  • Proficiency in data-driven problem-solving and negotiation.
  • Engineering graduate with an MBA from leading institutions in India.
