Personal Assistant & House Manager

Working model: Hybrid

Location Preferred: Mumbai / Dubai

Days: Monday to Friday

Timings: 10:0am - 7:00pm

Budget: 5-7 LPA (depending on experience)

Experience: 3+ years


This is not your typical PA role — we’re looking for someone who understands the nuances of a high-profile lifestyle and is eager to support Masoom in maintaining her meticulous standards. You’ll be a trusted confidant, a skilled organizer, and a proactive problem-solver who ensures every detail of her life is flawlessly managed.


Responsibilities

Personal Assistance:

  • Manage calendar, appointments, and personal commitments.
  • Plan and organize travel logistics, including flights, accommodations, itineraries, and transportation.
  • Handle emails, calls, and messages promptly and professionally.
  • Assist with errands such as bill payments, scheduling appointments, sourcing lifestyle services, personal shopping, groceries, and deliveries.
  • Plan and coordinate personal events, dinners, and gatherings in alignment with the employer's signature style.
  • Maintain records, organize documents, and process expenses.
  • Liaise with vendors and service providers such as doctors, salons, and gyms.
  • Stay proactive in managing daily, ad-hoc tasks, and time-sensitive requirements.
  • Prepare and pack essentials for shoots, events, and travel.
  • Liaise with brands, clients, and collaborators for PR packages, gifts, and deliverables.


Household & Lifestyle Management:

  • Oversee household staff, including hiring, training, scheduling, and supervision.
  • Monitor household supplies, groceries, and ensure timely restocking.
  • Track and manage household expenses, petty cash, and budgets.
  • Ensure home safety systems and security protocols are followed.
  • Assist with special projects such as interior updates, seasonal décor, or relocation plans.


General Organization & Support:

  • Maintain a database of trusted service providers, including stylists, makeup artists, and vendors.
  • Conduct research to support personal projects or brand collaborations.
  • Act as a gatekeeper, ensuring communication is professional and confidential.
  • Adapt to the demands of an ever-changing schedule with poise and flexibility.
