Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Relationship Manager at ITRC Technologies Pvt. Ltd. in Indore. As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction.


Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and customer-centric focus
  • Experience in sales, customer service, or a related field
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
  • Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field
  • Previous experience in client relationship management is a plus
