**Position Overview**:We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Executive to join our team in the education industry. The role involves fostering positive relationships with students, parents, and other stakeholders, ensuring their satisfaction and promoting a seamless experience throughout their journey with us.

**Responsibilities**:
**Enrollment Assistance**: Guide potential students through the enrollment process, ensuring all required documents are submitted and clarifying any doubts they may have.

**Relationship Building**: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing students and parents, serving as their primary point of contact for any queries or concerns.

**Issue Resolution**: Address and resolve any complaints or issues raised by students or parents, ensuring their concerns are handled effectively and in a timely manner.

**Student Support**: Provide ongoing support to students, assisting them with academic-related inquiries, administrative procedures, and any challenges they may face during their education journey.

**Feedback Collection**: Regularly collect feedback from students and parents to identify areas for improvement and ensure their expectations are being met.

**Retention Strategies**: Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategies aimed at retaining students and enhancing their overall experience.

**Data Management**: Maintain accurate and updated student records and communication history in the CRM system.

**Events Participation**: Assist in organizing and participating in education-related events, workshops, and seminars to attract potential students and enhance the institute's visibility.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Education, or a related field.

Proven experience in customer relationship management or a similar role, preferably in the education industry.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Empathetic and customer-centric attitude.

Problem-solving abilities and conflict resolution skills.

Proficiency in using CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.

Ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.

Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required.
