Job Summary:

We are seeking a professional Customer Support Executive to assist our customers by providing timely and accurate information, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a problem-solving attitude, and a passion for helping others.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Assistance: Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, live chat, or social media channels in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Issue Resolution: Identify and resolve customer issues, complaints, or concerns promptly, ensuring that customers are satisfied with the resolution.
  • Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of company products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information.
  • Customer Feedback: Gather customer feedback and provide recommendations to management to improve the service experience.
  • Documentation: Log and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and inquiries using the company’s CRM system.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other teams, including sales and technical support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.



Skills & Qualifications:
  • Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A degree in business or a related field is a plus.
  • Experience: Previous experience in customer service or related roles is preferred.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a clear and friendly tone.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with CRM software is a plus.
  • Attention to Detail: Ability to accurately document customer interactions and process information.
