About Us:
Founders Careers is working with a leading eyewear retail brand in India that serves 10 million customers and operates over 1000 stores globally. We are looking for an experienced Product Leader to drive enhancing customer journeys and reducing drop-offs by leveraging Conversational AI and Gen AI.
In this role, you will build seamless experiences that assist customers, in-store and online, to help them make informed purchasing decisions, such as finding the best-suited eyewear for their face. Your solutions will empower presales workflows, support sales teams, and enhance customer satisfaction by providing personalized assistance and product recommendations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enhance Customer Journey: Build products that integrate Conversational AI to improve customer experiences, assisting them throughout the purchase journey—whether online or in-store—by providing tailored product recommendations and answering queries in real-time.
- Reduce Drop-offs: Utilize Gen AI technologies to create intelligent interactions that reduce friction in the customer journey, decreasing abandonment rates and improving overall conversion rates.
- Presales Workflow Automation: Develop tools to assist sales teams by automating presales workflows, both in-store and online, enabling personalized customer engagement that drives conversion.
- AI-Powered Product Suggestions: Build AI-driven features that analyze customer preferences (e.g., facial features, style preferences) to recommend the best-suited eyewear and other products, enhancing the decision-making process.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with engineering, data science, and sales teams to ensure that AI-driven solutions align with business objectives and customer needs.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Leverage customer insights, data analytics, and feedback to continuously improve the product offering and optimize the customer journey.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 3+ years of experience as a founder, founding member or operator
- 5+ years of product management experience with a focus on AI-powered customer solutions, preferably within retail, e-commerce, or customer service.
- Expertise in building products that utilize Conversational AI, Gen AI, or similar technologies to improve customer engagement.
- Experience in AI product development with a focus on customer-facing solutions.
