Role Summary:

As the Head of Product Engineering reporting directly to the CTO, you will play a pivotal role in bringing the CTO's vision for digitizing the MF Industry. Your primary focus will be on driving the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals, and leading a team to deliver exceptional solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Strategy and Vision : Collaborate closely with the CTO to refine and execute the product strategy, translating the vision into a roadmap with clear objectives and key results.

Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional product team to deliver high-quality solutions while fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Delivery and Execution : Drive the end-to-end product development lifecycle, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of features and functionalities. Roll up your sleeves and get hands-on when necessary to support the team in overcoming challenges.

Market Research and User-Centric Focus : Conduct market analysis, gather user feedback, and integrate insights into the product development process. Maintain a strong focus on user needs, ensuring our product exceeds customer expectations.

Cross-functional Collaboration : Collaborate closely with engineering, design, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and alignment across teams, fostering a cohesive and efficient working environment.

The Skills and Experience Required:

Must have skills :

Proven experience (8+ years) in a product leadership role within the tech Startups, preferably in fintech and Mutual Funds space

Candidates with prior experience in building and running large distributed teams will be preferred

Strong track record of delivering complex software products with a hands-on approach when needed, showcasing exceptional delivery skills and commitment

Deep understanding of engineering, product management methodologies, agile practices, and user-centered design principles

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong experience on product documentation

Outstanding leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate teams toward a common goal
