About Us:

Founders Careers is working with a Series-A stage health-tech startup who are building world-class fitness products. Their flagship product simplifies home fitness with real-time feedback, personalized workout plans, and health tracking using AI and computer vision. FC is helping them find product leaders to lead their flagship products.


Role Overview:

As the Head of Product, you will lead the development and scaling of AI-driven fitness and wellness products for a fast-growing startup. Your primary focus will be on consumer electronics, including the flagship smart fitness and wellness mirror, and upcoming products. You'll bridge multiple stakeholders and ensure the products are tailored to both B2C and B2B markets, emphasizing customer experience.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the product roadmap and prioritize features based on feedback from customers, sales, and internal teams.
  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept to market launch, with a focus on high-end consumer electronics.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams—engineering, sales, marketing, and customer support—to ensure product alignment with company goals.
  • Engage directly with consumers, distributors, and partners to gather insights and optimize the product.
  • Drive the launch of new products in B2C and B2B (hotels, enterprises) markets.
  • Balance must-have features with nice-to-have elements, making data-driven decisions for product improvements.


Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience in product management, particularly with physical, tech-driven consumer products.
  • Proven success in launching and scaling high-end consumer electronics (e.g., experience with companies like Dyson, OnePlus, or Samsung).
  • Strong focus on understanding and improving customer experiences across B2C and B2B.
  • Startup experience preferred, with the ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, particularly in tech, sales, and customer feedback loops.
