Role Description

This is a full-time onsite role as a Client Services Manager located in Kollam, Kerala. The Client Services Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, providing superior client services, utilizing analytical skills to identify opportunities for improvement, and maintaining effective communication with clients. The manager will

  • Act as the primary point of contact for the university internal clients, managing day-to-day communication and fostering a strong client-AOC relationship.
  • Understand the client's marketing objectives and translate them into effective advertising strategies.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to the client, presenting campaign performance metrics and insights.
  • Collaborate closely with internal creative teams and media planners to develop and execute campaigns that meet the client's goals.
  • Manage project timelines, ensuring all deliverables are met on schedule and within budget.


Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5 years experience in an Ad Agency serving in a Client Servicing role.
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Analytical skills to identify and address client needs
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and data analysis
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
