Customer Account Manager(Automotive)

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to oversee client accounts, develop strong relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality service. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem-solver with a passion for customer success and experience in account management, sales, or client relations.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their business objectives.
Account Management:
- Manage client accounts, including contract renewals, upsells, and cross-sells.
- Monitor client satisfaction and take proactive steps to address any issues.
- Develop a deep understanding of the client’s industry and challenges.
Sales and Business Development:
- Identify opportunities for account growth and initiate new business development.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve revenue targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and present proposals, reports, and pricing for new and existing clients.
Reporting and Analytics:
- Prepare regular reports on account performance, client satisfaction, and revenue targets.
- Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide insights and recommendations to both the client and internal teams.
