Customer Success Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at ekincare. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage client portfolios to drive business growth and profitability
  • Be the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
  • Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success strategies
  • Hold product demonstrations and training sessions for clients
  • Evaluate and improve customer communication infrastructure
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
  • Ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and issue resolution

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer success or a related field
  • MBA graduate or pursuing a Master's degree from a top university or business school
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Project management ability and a proactive approach
  • Ability to work in the field for in-person client meetings and events
