Customer Success Manager

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Success Manager to join our team at ekincare. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage client portfolios to drive business growth and profitability
- Be the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and support
- Analyze customer data to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement customer success strategies
- Hold product demonstrations and training sessions for clients
- Evaluate and improve customer communication infrastructure
- Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner
- Ensure client satisfaction and retention through proactive engagement and issue resolution
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in customer success or a related field
- MBA graduate or pursuing a Master's degree from a top university or business school
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Project management ability and a proactive approach
- Ability to work in the field for in-person client meetings and events
