About Us :


The Souled Store is a homegrown youth casual-wear brand started in 2013. We are one of India’s largest online merchandising platforms with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros., WWE, IPL, Viacom18 to name a few. Apart from selling products with themed designs such as superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons, the brand also is at the forefront of the latest youth style and fashion trends. In addition to core men and women wear apparel categories, we are also in the process of expanding to new categories and introducing new product lines in the existing categories like activewear, supima products, innerwear, personal care products like perfumes and very recently launched footwear and kidswear.


Although we are primarily an online brand, we’ve expanded in the offline retail space as well and have six offline stores in Mumbai, one in Pune, one in Bangalore, one in Delhi, with plans for expansion pan India.


The Souled Store was born out of the idea of loving what you do, from the soul. We believe that people do their best work when they love what they do. There are too many Monday mornings and you can’t go dreading every single one of them. Over the years, we have built a strong team of like-minded people that work smart, own their work, and think like leaders. Team Position & Summary :


The Associate in the Founder's Office will work directly with the founder(s) to support a range of strategic initiatives, business operations, and special projects. This role requires a high level of discretion, analytical thinking, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. The ideal candidate will be a proactive problem solver with exceptional communication skills and a meticulous attention to detail.


Responsibilities :


  1. Strategic Support:
  • Assist in the development and execution of strategic plans and initiatives.
  • Setting up/Streamline business process for Supply Chain Management, Warehouse & Inventory.
  • Act as a bridge between teams i.e Design & Supply Chain Management.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support decision-making.
  • Prepare presentations, reports, and other documents for internal and external stakeholders.
  1. Project Management:
  • Manage and coordinate special projects and initiatives as directed by the founder(s).
  • Track project progress, ensuring timely completion and effective communication among team members.
  1. Operational Support:
  • Support daily operations, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing events.
  • Coordinate and prepare materials for meetings, including agendas, minutes, and follow-up actions.
  • Liaise with various departments to ensure alignment and support for the founder's priorities.
  1. Communication:
  • Act as a point of contact between the founder(s) and internal/external stakeholders.
  • Draft and review correspondence, communications, and other documents as needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
  1. Administrative Tasks:
  • Manage expenses, budgets, and financial reports related to the department of the respective Department.
  • Perform other administrative duties as required to support the founder(s).
  1. Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients.
  • Represent the founder(s) in meetings and events when necessary.
  1. Data Analysis and Reporting:
  • Analyze business data and generate insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and other tools to monitor business performance.


Qualifications:

Education:

  • Masters degree in Business Administration, Management, Finance, or a related field.

Experience:

  • 1-4 years of experience in a strategic, operational, or executive assistant role.
  • Experience in a high-growth startup environment is a plus.

Skills:

  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information.
