Associate in The Founders’ Office

We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic graduate fresher to join our team as an Assistant to the Founders. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to work closely with the company's founders and gain valuable insights into the entrepreneurial journey. Your primary responsibility will be to provide administrative and operational support to the founders, assisting them in various tasks and projects. This is an excellent entry-level position for individuals interested in entrepreneurship and looking to kickstart their careers by working closely with successful founders.
**Roles & Responsibilities**:
- Conduct research on various topics and compile relevant information for the founders, enabling them to make informed decisions and stay updated on industry trends.
- Prepare excel reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the founders, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.
- Undertake special assignments given by the founders, which may involve conducting market research, analyzing data, or preparing strategic recommendations.
- Assist in coordinating and monitoring projects initiated by the founders, ensuring deadlines are met, and progress is tracked. Collaborate with team members to gather necessary information and resources.
- Support the founders in executing various projects by coordinating with different teams, tracking progress, and ensuring timely completion.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, Management) & Prior internships or work experience in a professional setting is Mandatory, preferably in a startup or entrepreneurial environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to convey ideas clearly and concisely.
- Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with collaboration platforms like Google Workspace.
- A strong interest in entrepreneurship, innovation, and business growth, with a desire to learn and contribute to the founders' vision.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and eager to take on responsibilities, with a proactive mindset to identify opportunities for improvement and contribute ideas.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic startup environment where tasks and priorities may change rapidly, and ability to adapt quickly to new situations.
