Key Responsibilities:

  1. Craft and execute personalized email campaigns for influencer outreach, ensuring consistent follow-up until onboarding.
  2. Engage with influencers on social media platforms like Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to onboard them.
  3. Use messaging apps (WhatsApp, Telegram, Instagram) to communicate with influencers and drive platform sign-ups.
  4. Participate in online influencer forums and communities to identify and connect with potential influencers.
  5. Organise and attend events and campus drives to network with influencers in person.
  6. Build and nurture long-term relationships with influencers, creators, and talent managers.
  7. Understand brand campaign objectives and align influencer partnerships accordingly.
  8. Oversee campaign execution from influencer selection to final deliverables.
  9. Manage online communities, fostering engagement and addressing influencer queries.
  10. Promote ryme.ai within relevant influencer communities to expand its reach.
  11. Stay updated on industry trends and develop strategies to keep ryme.ai competitive.


Skills & Qualifications:

  1. Strong knowledge of influencer platforms, trends, and outreach strategies with 3-4 years of experience in the influencer marketing industry.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build and nurture long-term partnerships.
  3. Proven ability to negotiate contracts, compensation, and campaign deliverables with influencers.
  4. Experience managing multiple influencer campaigns, ensuring timely execution and alignment with brand objectives.
  5. Ability to track, analyse, and optimise influencer performance and campaign metrics.
  6. Skilled in social media platforms and engagement strategies, with familiarity using influencer marketing tools.
  7. Experience building relationships through online communities, forums, and offline events.
  8. Strong team player with leadership skills to work cross-functionally and guide junior members.
