Job Summary: The Talent Community Manager supports is pivotal in nurturing and strategically expanding multiple bespoke Talent Communities tailored to our clients' specific needs. This role ensures robust client relationships and supports operational excellence across these communities, contributing to our mission of providing predictable and high-quality talent deployment solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
Community Engagement (75%)
- Design and execute engagement strategies tailored for multiple client-specific Talent Communities.
- Organize webinars, workshops, and networking events to foster interaction and value within these communities.
- Monitor activity and satisfaction across different communities, deriving insights to continuously refine engagement approaches.
- Understand the unique professional profiles, skills, and aspirations of community members to better align them with client projects.
- Identify and bridge skill gaps, certification needs, and other development opportunities across communities.
Client Relations (15%)
- Act as a liaison between Bench and our clients, ensuring their specific community needs are met.
- Collect and analyze feedback from clients to enhance the delivery and effectiveness of the Talent Communities.
- Support the creation of reports and presentations that detail community performance and alignment with client objectives.
Operational Support (10%)
- Assist in the management of multiple community operations, supporting the Talent Cloud Operations Manager.
- Handle operational tasks like data management, reporting, and document maintenance across different client projects.
- Implement operational changes and new processes to enhance community performance and client satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business Administration, Human Resources, Communications, or a related field.
- 2 – 5 years of professional experience, ideally in a related function.
- Demonstrated experience in managing multiple community platforms, ideally within a technology or talent management context.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and planning skills.
- Complete command of the English language with excellent grammar.
- Strong analytical capabilities with a proficiency in handling data across multiple platforms.

- Marketing Coordinators who are experienced in managing communications, organizing promotional events, and engaging various audience segments, ready to leverage their skills in a dynamic community-focused setting.
- Project Coordinators from fields such as construction, IT, or event planning, who are adept at managing multiple projects and coordinating various stakeholders, and are keen to focus these skills on operational excellence within a vibrant tech company.
- Membership Coordinators from non-profit organizations or professional associations, who manage member engagement and retention, and are skilled at translating these abilities to manage and grow professional communities.
