The company aims to bring across top-quality eBikes which would currently cost way more in the Indian market at an affordable price utilizing its local sourcing and manufacturing capabilities.
Let's talk numbers We are currently the market leader in India across the e-bike category and are just on the verge of announcing our series C. Having grown from a team of 5 to 150+ across the globe, from a small garage to offices across 15 countries and clocking in INR 300+ Cr revenue in first three years of operations. We have raised series B from global investors. We think this is a great start to our exciting journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the end-to-end process of sourcing high-end international clients, managing the entire cycle from lead generation to successful conversion.
- Utilize high-end cold calling techniques and personalized outreach strategies to engage with premium B2B prospects, ensuring a targeted and consultative approach (preferably International Markets)
- Thoroughly understand client needs and position our B2B product solutions to align with their business objectives, providing tailored offerings to meet their requirements.
- Conduct comprehensive market research, including competitor analysis and pricing insights, to enhance lead targeting and client engagement strategies.
- Collaborate with the sales team to route qualified high-end leads to the appropriate sales executives for further development and deal closures.
- Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly sales targets by converting high-end leads into long-term business relationships.
- Build and maintain a database of high-potential prospects within your assigned territory, ensuring a strong and steady pipeline of premium clients.
- Work closely with channel partners and internal teams to drive sales growth, expanding opportunities and closing high-value deals.
- Deliver compelling and impactful online presentations, showcasing our solutions to high-end prospects in a professional and persuasive manner.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience working with international high-end clients in a B2B product space.
- Expertise in market research, competitor analysis, and pricing strategies to optimize lead conversion and sales success
- Proven track record in generating, nurturing, and converting high-end leads through cold calling and strategic outreach.
