Business Development & Sales
- Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT staffing industry.
- Generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and other business development strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
- Understand client staffing needs and provide tailored IT staffing solutions.
- Negotiate and close staffing contracts while ensuring long-term client satisfaction.
Client Relationship Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to strengthen business relationships.
- Provide regular market insights and workforce trends to clients.
Recruitment & Talent Coordination
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the right candidates are sourced for client needs.
- Understand technical requirements and assist in matching the right talent.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals to meet ongoing business demands.
Market Research & Strategy
- Stay up to date with IT industry trends, technologies, and competitors.
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to penetrate new markets.
- Track sales performance, provide reports, and optimize business strategies.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
- 3-7 years of experience in IT staffing business development or sales.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in IT staffing.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with MSPs (Managed Service Providers) and VMS (Vendor Management Systems).
- Existing client relationships in IT staffing.
- Knowledge of recruitment processes and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
