Business Development & Sales

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the IT staffing industry.
  • Generate leads through networking, cold calling, social media, and other business development strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
  • Understand client staffing needs and provide tailored IT staffing solutions.
  • Negotiate and close staffing contracts while ensuring long-term client satisfaction.

Client Relationship Management

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring a seamless experience.
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to strengthen business relationships.
  • Provide regular market insights and workforce trends to clients.

Recruitment & Talent Coordination

  • Collaborate with the recruitment team to ensure the right candidates are sourced for client needs.
  • Understand technical requirements and assist in matching the right talent.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified IT professionals to meet ongoing business demands.

Market Research & Strategy

  • Stay up to date with IT industry trends, technologies, and competitors.
  • Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to penetrate new markets.
  • Track sales performance, provide reports, and optimize business strategies.

Required Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.
  • 3-7 years of experience in IT staffing business development or sales.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in IT staffing.
  • Strong understanding of IT roles, technologies, and industry trends.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with MSPs (Managed Service Providers) and VMS (Vendor Management Systems).
  • Existing client relationships in IT staffing.
  • Knowledge of recruitment processes and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems).
