With a commitment to enhancing well-being, Palasa offers solutions for both indoor and outdoor environments that promote connection to the natural world.Role DescriptionThis full-time, on-site Head Accountant role is based in Bangalore Urban. The Head Accountant will handle a team of accountants and oversee financial operations, including preparing financial statements, budgeting, and financial forecasting. The role requires managing transactional accounting processes, ensuring compliance and proper knowledge of GST, TDS regulations and maintaining accurate financial records to support strategic decision-making. The Head Accountant will also liaise with other departments to provide financial insights.QualificationsProficiency in accounting principles, financial reporting, and budgetingExperience in forecasting, financial analysis, and risk managementKnowledge of accounting software and tools such as ZOHOStrong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilitiesExcellent communication skills to collaborate with various teamsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance with atleast 5 years expreinceFamiliarity with tax regulations,GST, compliance requirements, and auditing processesAbility to work independently and handle a team of accountants
