Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Social Media Marketing Specialist at Evolute Global in Mumbai. The role involves creating and managing social media marketing campaigns, developing engaging social media content, and collaborating with the team to enhance brand presence across digital platforms.


Roles & Responsibilities


Content & Copywriting

  • Create basic copy for social media posts and manage Online Reputation Management (ORM) for assigned brands.
  • Ensure content aligns with the brand's tone, voice, and objectives.


Client Collaboration & Reporting

  • Prepare and share monthly/weekly reports on the account’s activities with the management and clients.
  • Understand client briefs and coordinate with internal teams to provide creative solutions.
  • Present creative concepts and solutions to clients, secure necessary approvals, and finalize strategies for execution.


Project Coordination

  • Liaise with internal stakeholders to ensure projects are completed efficiently and within timelines.
  • Maintain Job Status Reports (JSRs) to keep team efforts aligned and on track.


Competitive & Trend Tracking

  • Monitor competitor activities to develop differentiated strategies for the brand’s growth.
  • Track industry and category trends to incorporate them into content and marketing strategies.
  • Identify and leverage relevant moments and trending topics for the brand.


Social Media & Platform Updates

  • Conduct regular research on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, and Twitter, as well as news sites like Google News and Inshorts, to stay updated on platform changes and trends.
  • Share platform updates and trends with the team to inform future strategies.


Feedback & Revision Management

  • Provide timely feedback to internal teams on concepts, designs, and strategies to ensure quality and alignment with client expectations.
  • Oversee revisions and ensure timely delivery of tasks.


Consumer-Centric Content Development

  • Understand target audiences and craft relevant, impactful content that drives brand success.


Skills Required

  • Communication & Collaboration: Strong verbal and written communication skills with excellent client servicing capabilities.
  • Time Management: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensure accuracy and quality in all aspects of work.
  • Presentation Skills: Confident in presenting ideas, concepts, and reports to stakeholders.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Excel/Google Suite.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and the Office 365 Suite.
  • Copywriting: Basic understanding of writing for social media platforms and digital campaigns.
